DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SWITZERLAND)

Free shipping for our Swiss customers. Due to the current situation, delivery delays must be expected.

SHIPPING ABROAD (REST OF THE WORLD)

Customers outside of Switzerland must reckon with additional delivery and shipping costs. Please note that we may incur additional import duties (customs duties) for deliveries of goods outside of Switzerland and the European Union. We do not pay for these costs and must be borne by the customer himself.

RETURNS

Returns or partial returns can be sent back to us after cancellation. Here we explain how you can do that:

packaging

Pack the products securely to avoid damage in transit. The easiest way is if you reuse the packaging materials you received from us. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can issue a full refund. Items returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded .

Franking of the return Since we are a small company, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs for returns. Please make sure that your return is sufficiently franked. In the case of parcels that are returned freight collect and parcels with insufficient postage, the penalty fee of 20 francs from the selected shipping provider (SwissPost) will be offset against the credit of the return.

As soon as your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 10 working days after the confirmation email has been sent, using the payment method you used for your purchase.
